Support where a cherry picker can’t reach
On a live site, every day of delay costs money. Rope access lets you get work at height done without occupying the work face and without waiting for scaffolding to come down – precisely where the job is.
We handle post-construction cleaning, installation work, corrosion protection and snagging at handover. We reach gable walls, atria, rooflights and structures no cherry picker will serve.
We work with main contractors and investors – we issue an invoice, keep the health and safety documentation and provide completion reports.
Why investors choose rope access

Rope access services for developers and investors
Post-construction cleaning, installation work, corrosion protection and snagging at handover using rope access is the way to get work at height done without scaffolding or cherry pickers. The technician reaches exactly the spot that needs attention, without occupying the work face and without stretching the project programme. Call 729 887 929 for a free quote for your site.
How rope access supports a construction project
Rope access comes into its own where a cherry picker can’t get to or isn’t worth bringing in – gable walls, atria, rooflights and structures high above ground. The team works job by job, slotting into the construction programme and coordinating with the other contractors, without reserving the work face for weeks to set up plant. That way finishing, facade and services work can run in parallel instead of queuing for a free stretch of site.
What we do on a project
- Post-construction cleaning of windows, frames and facades
- Cleaning of steel structures, halls and soffit services
- Installing technical infrastructure, signage and cable trays
- Corrosion protection for columns, trusses and pipework
- Snagging and work at height at handover
- Support for trades without work-at-height qualifications
You’ll find the full range in our rope access services, and for anything unusual – call us, chances are we do that too.
What the project gets
- Access without a cherry picker – gable walls, atria, rooflights and structures high above ground, with no waiting for plant.
- Less of the work face tied up – we come in and clear out job by job, without reserving ground space for scaffolding.
- One contractor for many tasks – cleaning, installation, corrosion protection and snagging under a single order.
- Safety – certified equipment, IRATA standards and full liability cover, in line with site health and safety rules.
- Ready for handover – photographic records and reports prepared for project accounting.
- A flexible slot in the programme – time windows matched to the build stage and the other trades on site.
- Protection that lasts – corrosion treatment and sealing that don’t come back as a defect a few months later.
How working on site plays out
We slot into the project programme, agree time windows around the work face and coordinate with the main contractor. We issue a VAT invoice and supply the documentation needed at handover.
- A quote based on drawings, photos of the scope or a site visit
- Coordination with the main contractor and site health and safety
- Work carried out without blocking the work face
- Reports and documentation for project handover
Who we work for
- Residential and commercial developers
- Main contractors and construction companies
- Investors and project managers
- Design practices and outdoor advertising companies
- Commercial property managers taking over a completed building
We solve the problems every site has
Mortar and silicone residue on the windows, protective film left glued to the facade far too long, a corrosion touch-up on a truss just before handover, or a small defect picked up by the site inspector – these are the jobs that stall in the queue for scaffolding, because the ground is already taken by other trades. We come in job by job, without reserving the work face for days on end, and clear out as soon as the task is finished. We treat the unusual jobs the same way – moving components, safety backup for electricians and fitters without work-at-height qualifications, or making a spot safe quickly once a defect is found – without holding up the other trades on site. Details in our offer for cleaning of structures and buildings, installation and dismantling and painting and corrosion protection.
What does rope access support on site cost?
The price depends on the scope of work, the height and how accessible the spot is, which is why every quote is prepared individually and free of charge. Send us the drawings, photos of the scope, or book a free site visit – you’ll get a specific offer written into the construction programme, with no obligation and no hidden costs. For larger or recurring work (a series of corrections across successive project stages, for instance) we agree terms with the main contractor for the whole project. Ask for a quote on 729 887 929 or through the contact form.
Safety, insurance and paperwork are on us
We work to IRATA standards, on certified equipment with dual rope backup, and with full company public liability insurance. We follow the health and safety rules in force on site, and we secure and cordon off the zone below our work so it doesn’t clash with the other trades. All health and safety documentation and photographic records are prepared on our side.
Invoicing, reports and long-term work with the main contractor
We issue a VAT invoice made out to the developer, the investor or the main contractor, and every job comes with a completion report and the photographic records needed to close out a project stage. We handle single corrections as readily as ongoing work-at-height support across successive build stages. For companies running several projects, we agree individual terms.
Experience and standards a project can rely on
Behind every job there is solid technical preparation and a responsible approach – main contractors value us for keeping to deadlines, for precision and for no surprises at handover. Instead of a quick fix, we propose lasting solutions that don’t come back as a defect at the next stage. Read our client reviews and selected projects, then compare them with the other offers on your desk.
When should you book work at height on site?
Most enquiries come in just before handover – when a defect needs fixing quickly or a facade needs cleaning, and the scaffolding came down long ago. It pays, though, to write rope access into the programme earlier: cleaning windows and facades as soon as the protective film comes off, corrosion protection before a stage is closed out, and technical infrastructure installed alongside the other finishing work. On multi-stage projects we’ll map out a schedule with you for the whole delivery period, so no stage waits for a scaffolding crew to have a free slot.
Why rope access rather than plant and scaffolding?
On a project, time and continuity of the work face are what count. Rope access removes the time spent erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and the team leaves the site the moment the job is done.
- Jobs measured in hours or days, not weeks
- No scaffolding to hire, erect and dismantle
- Access to places no lifting platform can reach
- Everything ready for a smooth handover
