Comprehensive Height Works and Special Tasks
As Rope-Tech, we are more than a standard renovation company. We are a special task force. We provide a wide range of unusual height services. Our offer is directed at housing cooperatives, commercial facility managers, and industry. Although our base is Łódź, the mobility of our teams allows us to carry out specialized orders throughout Poland and Europe. Wherever the use of a basket lift is impossible (too narrow entrance, boggy terrain) or economically unviable, industrial rope access is the solution.

Property Technical Maintenance and Minor Repairs Many building defects appear in hard-to-reach places. These are often “small failures” that generate big problems (leaks, heat loss). Our mobile teams quickly and cheaply remove defects without the need to erect scaffolding. We perform:
- Gutter service: Unclogging gutters and downpipes, removing accumulated leaves and mud, replacing damaged gutter hooks, and sealing joints.
- Facade repairs: Spot plaster repairs, sealing cracks (expansion joints), repair of cornices and flashings.
- Roof works: Replacement of single tiles, chimney sealing, roofing corrections on steep and flat roofs.
Hazard Removal and Height Emergency Service
For Property Managers, the safety of pedestrians and residents is a priority. We act on an intervention basis, helping to avoid legal liability for accidents.
- Knocking down loose plaster: Controlled removal of wall fragments that have lost adhesion and threaten to fall onto the sidewalk.
- Icicle and snow removal: In the winter season, we offer safe roof snow removal (snow clearing with belay) and removal of ice overhangs threatening people and cars.
- Dismantling dangerous elements: Removal of old antennas, flower pots, damaged advertisements, or structural elements compromised by wind.
Technical Support for Industry and Investments
We often support other crews (electricians, AC installers, plumbers) who do not have qualifications for rope access work. We are your “hands at height.”
- Assembly work: Routing cable trays along the facade, installation of sensors, CCTV cameras, obstruction lighting, or lightning protection systems in inaccessible places.
- Confined space work: Inspection and cleaning of silos, tanks, ventilation shafts, and chimneys (following safety procedures).
- Engineering inspections: Photographic and video documentation of the technical condition of tall structures (chimneys, towers, masts) to assess corrosion or damage.
Unusual “It Depends” Orders
For Rope-Tech, there are no strange orders – only those that require an appropriate plan. We undertake tasks requiring creativity:
- Installation of Christmas and occasional decorations on buildings and in urban spaces.
- Retrieving items from shafts, wells, or roofs.
- Installation of nesting boxes for birds (e.g., swifts) on high thermally insulated blocks.
- Emergency window opening or securing property at height.
