Technical Assessment

We verify the weight and dimensions of the element and the type of substrate. We select the installation technology (plugs, chemical anchors, support structures).

Vertical Transport

Using rigging systems (pulleys and ropes), we safely transport elements to the installation site or to the ground (during dismantling).

Installation / Dismantling

Precise positioning and permanent fixing of the element or its safe removal.

Order and Verification

We check the stability of the fastenings. After dismantling, we clean the area and dispose of small debris.

Industrial rope access also supports installers and technical departments. We perform assembly work where a ladder is too short:

  • Cable trays and pipes: Routing installation risers, downpipes, and ventilation pipes along the external facade.

Safe Dismantling and Demolition Works

Dismantling at heights requires an engineering approach. We do not drop elements “down” – we lower them in a controlled manner using ropes, pulleys, and rigging systems. We perform:

  • Steel structure dismantling: Removal of old advertisements, inactive ventilation chimneys, antenna masts.
  • Plaster removal and hazard elimination: Emergency removal of loose facade elements, cornices, as well as icicles and snow overhangs threatening pedestrians.
  • Demolition in inaccessible places: Work in tight light wells, technical shafts, and on high chimneys.
