A property that looks the part, with no downtime
A hotel facade is its calling card. Scaffolding hides the windows, blocks the entrance and ruins that first impression for weeks. A rope access technician works precisely, discreetly and fast – without touching your guests’ comfort.
We clean section by section, in time slots that suit you: at night, early in the morning or out of season. We don’t close the terrace, the entrance or the car park for any longer than strictly necessary.
We work with technical departments and property managers – we issue an invoice, prepare the health and safety documentation and provide a completion report.
Why hotels choose rope access

Gleaming glazing and a clean facade – the first impression that works for your brand.

Frequently asked questions
Rope access services for hotels
Cleaning glass facades, glazing and windows – and keeping the whole property in shape – using rope access lets a hotel look its best without scaffolding that covers the windows and blocks the entrance for weeks. The technician works precisely, section by section, in time slots that suit you, so the work stays invisible to guests. Call 729 887 929 for a free quote for your property.
How facade cleaning and servicing from ropes works
The team descends the facade on certified equipment and cleans the glazing by hand, using an applicator and squeegee together with the right cleaning agents, for a streak-free finish. The same method takes us to fixed windows, rooflights, shopfronts and awkward sections of facade – including the corners and parapets where a cherry picker has nothing to work from.
What we do for hotels
- Cleaning glass facades, shopfronts and fixed windows
- Deep cleaning of composite facade panels (Dibond, Alucobond) and siding
- Installing decorative lighting, signage and 3D lettering
- Bird deterrents on facades, cornices and roofs
- Painting and maintaining facades and sheet-metal flashings
- Gutter clearing, icicle removal and seasonal call-outs
You’ll find the full range in our rope access services, and if your job doesn’t fit any category – call us, chances are we do that too.

We solve the problems hotels actually have
Dulled, dirty lobby glazing, rain streaks down the facade, pigeons nesting on the parapet, a loose letter in the sign or icicles above the guest entrance – these are the details that spoil a first impression, and they reach online reviews faster than they reach the property manager. Rather than waiting for a scaffolding crew to have a free slot, we respond from ropes, often the same day or the next. We treat seasonal soiling the same way – winter grime, construction dust from the site next door, deposits left by a long dry spell – cleaning the facade section by section, without taking reception or the car park out of use. You’ll find the details on our pages for facade cleaning, installation and dismantling and painting and maintenance.
What does hotel facade servicing cost?
The price depends on the area of glazing, the height of the building and the scope of work, which is why every quote is prepared individually and free of charge. Send us photos of the facade or book a free site visit – you’ll get a specific offer with a completion date, no obligation and no hidden costs. For ongoing, recurring work (quarterly facade cleaning, for instance) we set out a schedule for the whole season. Ask for a quote on 729 887 929 or through the contact form.
Safety, insurance and paperwork are on us
We work to IRATA standards, on certified equipment with dual rope backup, and with full company public liability insurance. Before we start we mark out and cordon off a safety zone, positioned so it doesn’t clash with the entrance, the terrace or guest walkways, and when we finish we leave the site tidy. As the client, you don’t need to arrange a single permit – all health and safety documentation is prepared on our side.
Invoicing and long-term work with hotel groups
We issue a VAT invoice made out to the hotel, the management company or the group, and every job comes with a completion report and photographic records on request. We handle one-off call-outs as readily as ongoing seasonal care – including regular facade cleaning, lighting inspections and preparing the property for winter. For groups running several properties, we agree individual terms.
Experience and standards a hotel can rely on
Behind every job there is solid technical preparation and a responsible approach – hospitality clients value us for discretion, for keeping to deadlines and for the absence of surprises in the schedule. Instead of a quick fix, we propose lasting solutions that cut the number of call-outs in the seasons that follow and keep the facade in a state worthy of the brand. Read our client reviews and selected projects, then compare them with the other offers on your desk.
When is the best time to plan the work?
The least intrusive window is usually a quieter period, or regular night and early-morning slots – facade cleaning and minor repairs then pass unnoticed by guests. Lighting and signage are worth checking before the high season, and the roof and gutters in autumn, before the first frosts. During conference and wedding season we choose time slots that don’t clash with events at the property. If you run several properties, we’ll map out an annual schedule with you, matched to the booking calendar and occupancy of each one.
Why rope access rather than scaffolding?
A hotel facade is its calling card, and scaffolding spoils the first impression and blocks revenue for weeks. Rope access keeps the property looking its best, quickly and discreetly.
- Jobs measured in hours or days, not weeks
- No covered windows and no blocked entrance
- Work invisible to guests, with no downtime on site
- Gleaming glazing working for your brand
