No, the initial consultation and quote are completely free. For simple jobs, photos of the facility are often enough for us. For more complex technical projects, we offer a free site visit to precisely estimate the scope of work and select the appropriate access method.
In most cases, it is not necessary. Our specialty is rope access (industrial climbing), which allows us to reach any location without heavy equipment. It is a cheaper, faster, and less intrusive solution for the surroundings (we do not block sidewalks or access roads).
Yes. Rope access techniques allow us to reach 99% of places accessible to scaffolding, but much faster and cheaper. Before starting, we perform an access analysis – if ropes are not enough (which happens rarely), we will honestly tell you and propose a lift.
Safety is our priority. All Rope-Tech employees have current medical clearances for work at heights, Health & Safety training, and rope access certificates. We also hold company liability insurance, which gives our clients full peace of mind during the project execution.
Usually, we only need safe access to the roof and the possibility to anchor ropes (e.g., to structural elements, chimneys). In the case of washing tasks (facades, windows), access to a water source and electricity will be required. We will inform you about everything before commencing work.
Yes, we operate throughout the year, but the type of work depends on weather conditions. In winter, we mainly deal with snow removal from roofs and removing ice overhangs. Tasks such as painting or facade washing require positive temperatures and no precipitation, so we perform them mainly in the spring-autumn season.
Our base is Łódź, where we fulfill most orders for communities and companies. However, we operate flexibly throughout the Łódź Voivodeship. For large specialized projects, such as wind turbine maintenance or painting high industrial structures, we travel to clients across Poland.
Yes, provided there is safe access from the roof (rope anchoring). We often carry out group orders for entire vertical sections or housing communities, which significantly lowers the service cost for an individual resident.
The work zone is always fenced off and secured (drop zone). We have liability insurance that protects your interests in every situation. We do not paralyze the life of the building – we work quietly and discreetly.
